    This English translation is provided for reference. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Japanese versions, the Japanese version will take precedence.

    We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, information about your child's learning, preferred dates and times, and other necessary information in order to respond to enquiries, handle trial lesson applications, run lessons and contact you. Where a visitor has allowed analytics, we may also collect information about how the website is used (pages viewed, interactions on the site, and similar information).

    2. Purposes of use

    We use the personal information we collect to match tutors, arrange lesson schedules, provide learning consultations, run lessons, contact parents and guardians, improve our services, provide fee information, respond to enquiries, and, where analytics has been allowed, understand how visitors found us.

    3. Provision of personal information to third parties

    Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned. We may, however, share the necessary information with the assigned tutor to the extent required to run lessons.

    4. Management of personal information

    We endeavour to manage the personal information we collect in a necessary and appropriate manner, in order to prevent unauthorised access, loss, leakage, alteration and similar risks.

    5. Use of external services

    We may use external services such as Google Meet, Google Calendar, LINE and email to run lessons and to contact you. Submissions from this website's enquiry form are processed by Web3Forms. Where a visitor has allowed it, we may also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager), Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the website is used. The terms and privacy policies of each provider apply to the use of those services.

    6. Website analytics and measurement

    This website may use optional analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, Vercel Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the website is used and to improve the service. Microsoft Clarity is a tool provided by Microsoft that records interactions on the site, such as clicks and scrolling, and analyses them as heatmaps and session recordings. This measurement starts only after a visitor allows "Accept all" or "Analytics" in this website's privacy settings, and does not start before that. Where a visitor also allows advertising measurement, we may use information related to Google Ads measurement to understand whether advertising leads to enquiries; we do not use this setting to enable advertising personalisation.

    7. Information stored in your browser

    We use browser local storage and session storage to remember your language preference (Japanese/English) and to temporarily carry over answers you gave in our learning planners. We use this storage as a necessary part of the website's basic functions, regardless of your analytics choice. Where a visitor has allowed analytics, we may also temporarily store, for the duration of the browsing session only, information about how you reached the site (such as UTM parameters, the referring site's domain, and the first page you visited) in order to understand enquiry sources. This information does not include Google advertising click identifiers (such as gclid).

    8. Changing your measurement settings

    You can review or change your analytics and advertising measurement settings at any time, either from the notice shown on your first visit or from "Privacy settings" at the bottom of the website. A changed setting is saved as your new consent.

    9. Disclosure, correction and deletion

    Where a person asks us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of or delete their personal information, we will respond appropriately and in accordance with the law.
