We use the personal information we collect to match tutors, arrange lesson schedules, provide learning consultations, run lessons, contact parents and guardians, improve our services, provide fee information and respond to enquiries.

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned. We may, however, share the necessary information with the assigned tutor to the extent required to run lessons.

We may use external services such as Google Meet, Google Calendar, LINE and email to run lessons and to contact you. The terms and privacy policies of each provider apply to the use of those services.

Where a person asks us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of or delete their personal information, we will respond appropriately and in accordance with the law.
