Charges other than the price
For in-person lessons, the tutor's travel costs may apply. For bank transfers, the transfer fee is payable by the customer.

Service delivery
After you apply, we arrange a schedule and provide lessons on the dates and times agreed.
Cancellations and changes
Lesson cancellations and schedule changes are handled in accordance with the conditions we set out in advance.
Refunds
Given the nature of the service, we do not as a rule refund lessons that have already been provided. For lessons not yet provided, we respond according to the individual circumstances.
