EIKEN listening review
Review and retry your EIKEN listening
This tool does not play official audio. Use it alongside your own official EIKEN listening audio/script for review.
Petra practice focus:
1. Listen once, as usual
Listen to the official listening section for your grade, the way you normally would.
2. Know what to listen for
What to listen for in this task type
3. Review what you missed
A common way learners slip up here
4. Replay and retry
Replay the specific part you missed rather than the whole passage from the start.
This only records that you completed the review. Nothing else is saved or sent.
About official materials
Current exam formats and past papers are published directly by the Eiken Foundation of Japan, the body that administers EIKEN, on its own official website. Petra does not reproduce EIKEN questions, audio, sample answers or logos, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Eiken Foundation. This page describes the format in Petra's own words and provides tools to use alongside the official materials.
5. Come back to it later
After about a week, listen to the same task type again, and decide what to do next.
